In the short time since I've been here, I've found nothing but good feelings, good memories, and good friends. I am so fortunate to have stumbled upon a place filled with creative, interesting people with such a positive outlook on life. We all share the wonderful passion that is the life and music of the Carpenters, and that bond is what unites us and fills us with a great sense of fraternity which I am so blessed to share with all of you. This season, keep the legacy and life lessons of KC and RC in your heart, which is, Love is above everything else, find it around you, give it to those close, radiate it to those far, and above all, love who you are so you can love others without hinderance or restraint. May God bless all of you and may the spirit of love and kindness fill our souls far after the last tinsel comes down and the last snowflake caresses the windowsill.
Merry Christmas and a very happy and prosperous New Year to the greatest Carp fans in the world,
Your friend,
Sidradel

What a WONDERFUL group of individuals on this forum. Merry Christmas to each of you - and I wish you each peace and prosperity for the coming new year!!! All of you "kindred Carpenter spirits", thank you for your insights, your knowledge, your sharing, and your love of the Carpenters and their music. It's great to be able to share that with each of you. ".....We're apart, that's true - but I can dream, and in my dreams, I'm Christmasing with you..." HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!! Tim

Merry Christmas to all my wonderful Carpenter family here on the forum. I'm so grateful for all you've taught me and all the love and caring you've displayed. Richard, if you find about us, know that we love you. And dear Karen up in heaven thanks for giving us so much joy when you were among us and even now when you're here with us in spirit. We love you Karen.

%$ Oh let me tell you. I ate way too much. Where do I start. Prime Rib (cooked well done for me), Tamales, lemon cake, au gratin potatoes, baked potato, strawberry jello, chocolate truffles, planets mixed nuts, crossant, chicken, pizza, sliced tomatoes, chocolate chip cookies, sugar cookies, corn... Anyway you guys may not see much of me on the forum over the next day or two as I'll be spending extra time at the gym.
