I love the part of the song where the background vocals add a little to the 'story' of the song. It's where Karen sings: Give me a reason (one way) Why should I stay here (some way) I've tried so hard just to keep love alive. It's like a subliminal message, but very cool. I wish they had done more of that on other songs. Yes, OceanKing. I love that part of the song. It is so beautifully done.

Wow! I can't beleive that Richard thought that Horizon was bad... If I were forced to only keep one album it would be Horizon in a heart beat! JIM

when i first heard Horizon in 1975 i considered it an absolute masterpiece - i particularly loved caught between and love me for what i am.- the album certainly stands the test of time - right now i am listening to solitaire over and over again. i rank superstar-Rainy days, for all we know, hurting each other, merry christmas darling as their all time best - but solitaire is irrisistable given clay aikens inferior rendition. the rich timbre heard in solitaire should have graced "i just fall in love again - which wasn't sung forcefully enough.
