Hi Karl... interesting to see how far and wide Carpenters influence was. Can you send me the links to where you found these charts. I'd like very much to check out these sites/references myself - as I am a music chart junkie. Thanks!

Hi Rick Yes check out these sites if you type in on Google Carpenters on A and M records Billboard magazine Sept 1973 it should come up with list of several dates of this magazine and magazine usually features Hits of the world and also U.S hits for that particulary week its quite intresting but can take time going through each week. Also Rpm Archive canada is where i got list of Canadas Albums positions this also takes time going through each week.Hope this information helps.
P.S I wont last a day without you No1 in Hong Kong in 1973
Noticed on Worldwide charts Carpenters performance on German charts,I thought they would have charted higher . If i find out any more info i let u know Best wishes karl

Thanks Karl... I will try this. I guess I can also search for billboard magazine 1974 and 1975 as I noticed most of your listings end with "Yesterday Once More" and we all know that both "Please Mr. Postman" and "Only Yesterday" placed high on world charts.
