Hi Rick and friends,
Got a question for you..
How many different American releases (on cd) has each individual lp received? What was the approximate time frame of each release? I ask because I have been considering upgrading my cd collection. I have some cd's that have a black spine, with not much of an insert, and others that have "remastered" along a clear spine, which seem to have a bit nicer inserts. Thanks! John

I'm pretty sure about the following release years but not 100%. Singles 1969-1973 was first released on CD around 1985 Ticket To Ride, Close To You, Carpenters, A Song For You, Now And Then, Horizon, A Kind Of Hush, Christmas Portrait and Voice Of The Heart were all released around 1990 All the above releases had the black spine on their cases. In 1998 all the above discs were rereleased on the remastered series along with "Passage" and "Made In America", which saw their first release on CD. "Christmas Collection", which contains "An Old Fashioned Christmas" was released in 1998 also.
