This is a tough one cause I do like many of them in the medley but I guess my favorite is Johnny Angel. I really LOVE Karen's voice in it and I've always thought it was neat the way she would sing "I'd rather CAUNcentrate".....
That's not why I prefer this song though. I have loved the songs where Karen's voice range is lower and I am able to sing along beautifully with her.
I also like harmonizing to "Night has a thousand eyes" too. "Our Day Will Come" is special too....geez. I'll still stick with JA though.

I picked Johnny Angel. It's short, but oh so sweet.

The easy, jazzy "Our Day Will Come" is my favorite in the medley. The Carpenters' fun vocal harmonies in "The Night has a Thousand Eyes" are outstanding as well --- even better than Bobby Vee's original hit. However, you will surely get a chuckle or two from the retro southern California surf culture depicted here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=jBxo8V6R0tc

In general I'm not that much into those typical 60s oldies, so I have to say in this medley Tony Peluso's Radio DJ performance is my favourite.. ;-) Just kidding, of course. I really like "The End of the World", but I prefer the live version. I like how Karen melts the words "The End" while singing live. Concerning the "Now and then"-Medley I had to choose between "The night has a thousand eyes" and "One fine day" - and I picked "The night has a thousand eyes". "Our day will come" is definitely great but I always felt did not match that much to the other songs.. And I know another version of this song that I prefer.. One more thing: I love how the medley is arranged between the two parts of "Yesterday once more", the Reprise is great..

Thanks, Rick ... I submitted my choice once before, but forgot to click on the "Submit Vote" button! I need to remember that the poll is not integrated with the "Post Reply" button for the comment posting.

I'm late in submitting my vote, but did so without looking at the results from anyone else - and find I'm not alone. I pretty much knew right away which one was my absolute fave. I like them all - Karen sings End of the World so beautifully - and I like the accompanying harmonies - and I have a special liking for The Night has 1,000 Eyes - something to do with how my wife and I met, some 33 years ago. They are all wonderful, and I'm partial to One Fine Day, as well - great little song, and I like the backup arrangement of this one too - But, it's the fabulous Our Day Will Come that got me - the jazziness of the tune, and the smoothness of it - the way Karen sings it - Richard's arrangement of it, and the piano work in it all combined make it my favorite choice. As I said, I like them all - but Our Day Will Come stands out for me.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ I adore all the songs, and struggled with "The Night Has a Thou. Eyes" and "Johnny Angel", but finally went with Thous. Eyes. It's the best song that Richard handles mostly all on his in my opinion, and I love the rithym. I've had J. Angel in my head a lot lately since I saw an old clip of Shelly Febres (i know i butcher up her name) singing that on the old Donna Reed show. Of course, I love Karen's version much better.
