It reminds me of those old Frankenstein movies...electrifying...what was that movie with Gene Wilder where they are making fun of old Frankie?
The flashing effect goes very well with that particular pic. also. ........... I love the "hot pink" color and the new part with R. and K.'s names and the flashy pic. or background is fine as well as the current backgrounds.
You always do a wonderful job at making this a "user friendly" place!s

With the sysytem I use there is no flashing effect. That goes for most of the effects around the site.

ahh geez...i wish u could get the effects...it's kind of like a neon sign blinking all around the pic.
but yes, even tho i like it, it is a little much for my eyes, but i have weird eyesight these days ...
