Nice idea Rick. I must say, I'm a big fan of motivational quotes. I find them a true source of inspiration.

One I picked up on recently really struck a chord with me..."There is no better way to judge a person's character than by his judgement of those who are not present".

We all like to have a gossip from time to time, don't we? But how often do we defend someone who isn't present and able to speak for themselves? Also, how bad do we feel when we find out that people have been bad-mouthing us when we are not there to defend ourselves?

It takes a really strong person to go against the grain and say "you know what, I might not agree with this persons attitude etc but they are not here to speak for themselves, so we shouldn't speak behind there back".

People might look at you and think you are a freak at first. But they might trust your integrity more afterwards.
