$% Both great questions, Dave. I wonder what's up with the site.?. I'll give it a try myself and see if I can come up with anything.

I can't access it either. Sometimes that happens when they are overhauling it or making some changes to it whether minor or major. I do know that they were going to make some changes to one of their links soon so they may be doing that at this time. Let's hope so!

This has happened to The Carpenters Online several times in the last 2 1/2 years. It happens when all your gigabytes are used up. Gigabytes are used each time someone clicks on to your website. The more people visiting the site the more gigabytes are used up. This usually happens toward the end of the month as gigabytes are allocated on a monthly basis. I usually have to purchase extra gigs in the last of week of the month so the site will keep running. I'm not sure if this is what has happened richardnadkarencarpenter.com. This is just a possibility. They could also be doing a big overhaul. Though usually you can keep your site up while editing.

Hey Dave; I don't know if someone told me this or I actually know this. Some day I would like to do a side by side comparison. From what I understand amps with tubes have a warmer richer sound capturing more of the deeper resonance of the recording. I have heard a side by side comparison of CD and Vynil(sp) and there is a noticable difference in the warmth.
From what I uderstand a lot of audiophiles and professional musicians are returning to analog recording and amps with tubes
