[glow=white,2,300] [/glow] What did you listen to in celebration of the anniversary of Karen's birthday? Today I had a heavy workload and wasn't able to listen to much music. But for March 2nd I brought my CD with Karen's unreleased solo tracks. I just love these songs and it's wonderful to hear Karen singing what she really wanted to be singing. "Love Making Love To You" is such a wonderful upbeat soulful pop tune. Here's a sidebar. This is a list of other famous people born on March 2nd. Desi Arnaz Doc Watson Lou Reed Laraine Newman Jay Osmond John Cowsill Jon Bon Jovi Chris Martin (lead singer of Coldplay)

Ironically, I didn't listen to any Karen songs today 'cause I was too much into recording, again..., but, I sang *Top Of The World* all day..., the song was stuck in my head. @@ I was enjoying listening to From The Top and Carpenters Perform Carpenter during the day on Karen's Birthday. It was a Carpenters-filled day, and those are my favorite kind.

I had a few songs in my head on Karens birthday one was Birthday by The Beatles and Celebrate by Three Dog Night. As far as Carpenters recordings I actually listened to all of Horizon and part of Offering it was not necessarily because it was Karens birthday as I am listening to these albums alot now anyway I just so love them.

I listened to the album Carpenters. I was especially retaken with Sometimes (which is such a beautiful song).

I listened to Alanis Morissette's "Jagged Little Pill" album, then some mix CD that featured Motley Crue and Metallica on it, a little Sinatra, a little Gloria Estefan, but no Karen music. I wasn't even thinking that it was her birthday, but I'll still say, Happy Belated Birthday, Karen, I hope you can hear our greetings from the other dimention.
My former partner came back into the picture that day, and as it stands, I'm in OK terms here in this little town, but I am still praying and ambitioning a new home in Las Vegas with a little help from my friends there. Hopefully, by April I will be moved up there.
Friday the 4th was my dog Reba's first birthday!
