From The Heart .....Full Song / Single ?

One of my favourite short songs is Carpenters 1974 TV advert for Japan :

From The Heart ....with moving Karen vocal plus lovely Richard Carpenter melody ....

Surprised that Karen & Richard did not develop this song as a full length track ....perhaps John Bettis could have provided two verses of lyrics & Richard piano solo closed the track ....

This could have been the first original single release for the eventual Horizon album ....a wonderful extra for this classic album
