Great idea- I'll be listening for the DJ comments accompanying the songs.

"Wow! That's just, that's just the Holidays right there. The Carpenters." Then 2nd DJ: "Yeah"
These comments made at the end of 'Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas'.

After 'Merry Christmas Darling' ... "I love the Carpenters. Especially at Christmas time."
THe DJ emphasized the word 'love' in a way that implied she wasn't just using the words as filler, but instead, was expressing her own true thoughts about the Carpenters.

Newest comments: "No one can sing a Christmas song like Karen Carpenter. There they are - Karen and Richard." This comment was made after 'Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas'. Hmm, it seems that DJ's comment a lot after this song . . . and Merry Christmas Darling. They must be the local favorites.

After Merry Christmas Darling ... "That's the Carpenters. The Carpenters. The Carpenters are Christmas, are they not?"

After playing "Home For The Holidays" the DJ on KOST FM said:
"Home For The Holidays" by the Carpenters always makes you feel good.
