Dancing In The Street and Touch Me When We're Dancing
Two songs with Dancing in the title. The first, with Dancing as the first word from very early in their career (1968 as the Dick Carpenter Trio on Your All American College Show for the first version they did) and the second, with Dancing as the last word from their final studio album and final US top 20 single on the Hot 100.

Solitaire
Someday
From what I know, Karen wasn't too happy with those two songs. Even if for different reasons: I think Karen wasn't content with her own vocal performance on the 1969 recording of "Someday" whereas concerning "Solitaire" she wasn't taken with the song itself.

I Can't Make Music and Sing
Two more songs of opposite nature regarding the role of music to escape or feel good. Both from Now & Then. Sing, the happy one, where music is the lifter...sing of happy, not sad....I Can't Make Music, the tragic one...where not even music can lift the spirit and help escape the pain

Sweet Sweet Smile and And When He Smiles
Besides the obvious use of the word "smile" in each title, both songs deal with the simple yet powerful effect of a lover's smile.
