Recently I had the opportunity to attend a musical play in southern Indiana. It was very well done and a lot of fun. I was especially impressed with the clear voice and communication of one of the stars, and I was compelled to purchase a CD and visit his website. I was pleased but not at all surprised to see that The Carpenters are listed among the handful of singers/groups that had an influence on him.
