Here it is a milestone Twisted Logic Game #20 and to celebrate I've come up with a somewhat tough game. This one is a Difficulty Level 4...
Dreams when this game is done would you be so kind as to post Game #21?
Here are the clues:
ARTIST: Saffron Trickery Ensemble
ALBUM: Amber Hocus-Pocus Symphony

It looks like the Artist and the Album might have the same name.

The original Yellow Magic Orchestra album was later re-mixed at A & M.
Yellow Magic Orchestra (A&M Remix)
Horizon/A&M lp: SP 736 (USA) 1979
The A&M mix was used for the US CD released in the 90s.

The Artist and title, I would guess then are Yellow Magic Orchestra . The name of the group and their 1978 album are the same. Now, about that connection! Hmmmm...... Great job Tim... Yellow magic Orchestra is the artist and album name. Of course they are from Japan - where Carpenters have been and still are hugely popular. The original Yellow Magic Orchestra album was later re-mixed at A & M. Yellow Magic Orchestra (A&M Remix) Horizon/A&M lp: SP 736 (USA) 1979 The A&M mix was used for the US CD released in the 90s. Excellent Wisejester7 the Horizon/A&M connection is one connection... but there is still atleast one direct Carpenters connection with this album - possibly two.

There are two names on the YELLOW MAGIC ORCHESTRA album which show up on Carpenters albums.
Roland Young who did the art direction and Check Beeson who created the design for the YMO album.
Roland Young was the art director on the Carpenters albums - "Carpenters", "A Song For You", "Now And Then", "The Singles 1969-1973", "Horizon", "A Kind Of Hush" and "Passage".
Chuck Beeson was the art director on the Carpenters albums - "Made In America", "Voice Of The Heart", "Lovelines", "An Old Fashioned Christmas", "Christmas Collection" "Karen Carpenter", "Time" and "Pianist, Arranger, Composer, Conductor".
I tend to prefer Roland Young's work - he directed the art for "Now And Then", "Horizon" and "Passage" - which in my mind are three of the Carpenters best album covers.
Okay Dreams... we're ready for TL21...
