I really do like this song. Richard's rolling piano work is outstanding. What I like best about this song is the lyrics and how well Karen and Richard's voices blend when she sings the backup vocals. It's very 60's definitely a period piece.

A song I listen to very infrequently. Not alot keeps me interested here. Rich's lead is ok, but once again Karen is almost too good to be relogated to backing vocals; this was clearly recorded at a time when Rich and Karen (in the spirit of being a duo) generally shared the vocals equally, and before Rich either realised (or was forced to accept depending on how you look at it) that his true strength was arranging and that Karen should be dealt all the lead vocals. 2 Stars. This one got 3 stars from me. I like the song - I like the uptempo beat, and I really like what the song says, lyrically. Just taking the time to get away from everything that is occupying space in one's mind....and Turning away from it.
A fun little number. Tim
