Roland - I love your choice of "You" by Rita Coolidge. It's from her 1978 album "Love Me Again" - which I consider to be her very best album.
My song of the day is "White Shadow" by Coldplay from the current album "X & Y". This is one outstanding song - both in vocals and it's intense musical arrangement.

My song of the day is rather retro but quite well known it is Paradise By The Dashboard Light by Meatloaf from the Bat Out Of Hell album
The combination of Rock and Opera was done masterfully here and the whose who of music participated on this track and the whole album. A classic song off a classic album. I still listen and love this song and record as well as its sequel.

"Every Little Movement" as sung by Judy Garland & ? (I'm sorry, I can't remember now) in the movie "Presenting Lily Mars". Whenever I hear Karen sing "I Have You" from 'There's A Kind Of Hush' I am reminded of Judy's song.
