Well, well, well.......... I played a service tonight; hence, I got home later than usual. Actually, just got home about an hour ago. When I got here, there was a nice salad with Italian vinegarette dressing, and three color pasta (carrot/spinich/regular)....in a light butter (white) sauce. YUM. Dessert - some Ferrara Pan RED HOTS!!!!!!! One of my very fave candies.....

You are not alone, Rick. You're just the only one who is really 'talking' at this point.

Rick, reading your menus is like reading a menu card in a starred restaurant!! Do you do all of that on your own?! If so, I'm impressed!! Just don't wanna bore you with my roasted potatoes and egg sunny side up

Thank you friends... On with Rick's Chill Cafe... Lemon Herb Chicken Black Beans Designer Whey Shake To answer you question... yes, I cook everything... Although, my brother will cook from time to time... but I will do the more extravagant stuff such as the shark steaks. Generally, I will cook enought Chicken to last for three or four dinners... so dinner is a fairly easy thing to put together. Everything is fresh... fresh vegetables... fresh fruit... nothing frozen... nothing canned... well except beans and tuna. From early 2003 until late 2006 I ate almost only frozen meals... canned soup and hamburgers. In this time I gained 30 pounds. So now Ive given up the canned food, frozen food, sodas, candy, hamburgers, french fries. Oddly enough before 2003 I had been a total health food nut. I ate sea weed, all green veggies such as Spinach, broccoli, etc. I had a juicer I used almost daily... but after ten years of the Health Food thing I got tired of it and went the opposite extreme.
