How bout this for a little game? Remember when we were kids and we'd play "I Spy" as I know it as or somethings others may call it? Let's try that here.
For instance, I would say "I see something BLUE." Now since this could cover a wide range of things I think we would need to give one hint along with that. For instance, along with something blue, I would say "album cover" and you would then guess where my color blue was on a what album cover.
This was just an example but I'll actually do it. I see something BLUE and it is on an album cover. First person to guess it correctly, has their turn. Of course, if after several guesses have been made to no avail, I would give another hint.

There's a nice shade of blue on the Reflections (or also known as Sweet Sw. Smile) album cover w/ K. and R. on it. She has a furry hood on her coat.

I'm going to call you the winner WISE JESTER!!! It is the color of the font on the Close To You album cover for the words "CLOSE TO YOU".
You're up next in the game! However, you may want to start a new thread with "I See Something Game #2 as Rick started one for #1. I guess I messed things up a bit by actually starting the game in my original thread to suggest the game too.

 Hey... Look at that it worked out anyway... WJ7 was the winner in both rounds... funny how things work out. I'm sorry if I jumped the gun... but I didn't really think Beaner was starting a game... I thought of it as being a description of the game... funny, funny... Gee, I looked at several of the album covers except "Close To You". You are right the lettering is blue. I sure liked some of the other guesses people made. I really like the blue of the sky on the "Now And Then" album and the blue on the "Ticket To Ride" album. Both are forms of an uplifting blue... blue in nature... the ocean and the sky. I am always captivated by things that are uplifting, bright and upbeat. Now on to WJ7 aptly titled I See Something Game#3. |
