Here's a few things Mona.
Karen always wanted to be known as a drummer above all else.
She used to wear a t-shirt with the term "lead sister" on it.
Karen said she wanted to be remembered for being a decent person.

Thank you for the answer but this isn't something to put on a pendant. I need a sentences or sth. For example like "Don't dream it-Be it". You know?

Hi there, You can always shorten what Rick said and just have it say "A Drummer Who Sang". This really is a great statement that Karen was known for. She always wanted to be remembered as a "Drummer who Sings" rather than a "Singer who plays the drums". Only, you can make it past tense because she's gone now. Just a thought....good luck

"A Drummer Who Sang" is a good one definitely. That would be how I would sum things up for Karen. Because that's really what she wanted to be known as - a drummer first and a singer second.

She didn't really have a motto... When she was signing pictures, etc..., she was often signing..., : *All My Best - Karen Carpenter*. [glow=red,2,300][/glow][shadow=red,left,300] [/shadow][shadow=red,left,300]Roland Chayer[/shadow][shadow=red,left,300] [/shadow]

Hi Ramona...welcome to this site..Well, maybe whatever Carps1000 related to you will help...I don't know German..anyway, I go with perhaps asking Richard C. himself....believe it or not, I asked Richard a question some time ago and I did get an answer...I was surprised, and I know many questions have been asked of him. I don't have any ideas on that ...I agree with the ideas from the others here. Keep us informed!.....

Oder versuchen Sie " Hallo zu Love" anstelle vom " Auf Wiedersehen zu Love" ["Goodbye to Love"] ~ FK
